Cullman is located in north central Alabama, midway between Huntsville and Birmingham.

From I-65:

Whether travelling north or south on I-65, visitors are recommended to take Exit #308 and look for U.S. Highway 278 East signs. (Travelers from the north will take a left off the exit and those from the south will turn right.) Follow Highway 278 East through Cullman for 2.6 miles; it becomes 3rd Street NE. Turn left onto Convent Road at the 3-way traffic light.

From the East on Highway 278:

Coming from the east on Highway 278, you will pass the road to St. Bernard Abbey and the Ave Maria Grotto on your left, continue up the hill and turn right at the traffic light onto Convent Road.

For the Monastery and Retreat Center, go two blocks and enter the second gate on the right. Come to the entrance behind the Sacred Heart Statue in the driveway. The parking area is to the right.

For Benedictine Manor, go only one block and turn right onto Meldrum Road; go one block and turn left onto Janeway Drive.
