"But as we progress in this way of life and in faith, we shall
run on the path of God's commandments, our heart overflowing with the
inexpressible delight of love." RB Prol. 49
Who am I? What should I do with my life? Who does God call me to
be?
Sound familiar? Are these your questions? Then you are not
alone. In his Rule, St. Benedict expresses these questions this way:
"The Lord calls out…'Is there anyone here who yearns for life
and desires to see good days?'"
(Psalm 34:13) RB Prol. 14,15
If your answer is, "I do!" then we invite you to journey
with us through these pages for an opportunity to learn about a very
unique and exciting way of living the Gospel call—our Benedictine way
of life—a way of life that is as relevant today as it was 1500 years
ago.
