During the fall of 2014, following a summer of demolition, new parking areas were paved, lamp posts installed, and other final details of the Master Plan completed. This marked the conclusion of a project that was six years in planning and almost four years in implementation. A successful capital campaign, careful planning, wise stewardship, and the assistance of many enabled the community to realize their vision and complete the entire three-phase project with no debt

Along the way, the community said farewell to the former monastery dining room, kitchen, Joseph Hall, and Mary Hall, structures which were demolished as part of Phase III of the Master Plan. As a result of the advice of engineers and architects, and with forward-looking vision, the community determined it best to say farewell to these structures. that had served so many so well.
