Application for photography on Sacred Heart Monastery grounds

This online application may be used to apply for permission to take photographs on the grounds of Sacred Heart Monastery. Photos may not be taken without receipt of approval of your request. Photographs should be for the personal use of the subjects or the photographers only. Photos taken on monastery grounds should not be published or otherwise distributed for profit without the written permission of monastery administration.

Waiver of Liablility and Agreement to Regulations for the use of grounds for photography(Required)
The applicant agrees to the regulations listed and to indemnify and hold the Benedictine Sisters of Cullman, Alabama harmless from any and all claims or causes of action (including attorney's fees and court costs related thereto) which might be asserted against the Benedictine Sisters (other than for willful and wanton misconduct of the Benedictine Sisters or their agents or employees), by any person, firm or corporation by reason of the use of said premises during the aforesaid period. The undersigned also agrees to reimburse the Benedictine Sisters for any and all damages which might be caused to said premises by any member of the group represented by the applicant.
