Resilience: Coping Spiritually and Emotionally During Time of Pandemic (online retreat)

January 30, 2021 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

The COVID-19 pandemic has had profound spiritual and psychological impact. It seems no one has been spared some impact, and many are hurting. For help in coping with the spiritual and emotional impacts of the pandemic we are hosting a two-hour online program led by professional counselors who specialize in grief support and coping with loss. They will offer insights and share practical ways that can help participants cope with the spiritual and emotional impact of the pandemic.

The participants will keep silence for the weekend, but there will be opportunities for questions and discussion about the practice. To register, please select ONE of the following options.
