Prayer

Through liturgical prayer as a gathered community and through hidden solitude with God in private prayer, each Sister enters deeply into loving relationship with our Creator, who nurtures, sustains, and animates our lives as Benedictine women.  This daily, sustained attentiveness to God, characteristic of monastic prayer, engenders a contemplative spirit which flows into all other aspects of our lives. With one’s heart resting in God’s abiding presence, all of our work, activities, and ministry become a prayer.
